Microdrones has designed and built an amazingly detailed and feature rich way point editor program. The software has been designed and built by Microdrones making it the perfect way point editing tool for the Microdrone.

This point editing software is incredibly feature rich and you can program the Microdrone to do very complex flight paths and photographic tasks.

Programming a flight path is simple. Using Google maps as a live canvas you can drag and drop up to 600 flight point to create your desired flight path. As you adjust the height, angle and heading of each point you sent you can export the flight path directly into Google earth to see how your flight path will look in operation.

For every point you set you can also adjust the speed to and from each point, the ascending and descending rates to each point, the time you dwell, the direction the Microdrone points from point to point, fail safe features, take off and landing points and the list goes on.   

 

The camera systems can also be fully programmed to do simple or advanced photographic tasks as well.

You can set points of interest. This feature will instruct the drone to fly as normal from point to point but it will automatically adjust the drone's orientation to focus the camera on a set "point of interest" no matter what heading, altitude or angle the drone is flying.
