Having local product support is absolutely imperative and we believes it's just as important as the product itself.

 

APS offers a number of different types and levels of support to accommodate for its wide range of customers and their unique requirements.  We believe that you should be able to call a phone number at any time and receive help immediately. Over the phone trouble shooting and guidance is a more practical way of communication and it saves time and money.   

We offer a remote diagnostics service where our technicians can log onto your PC and access your drone's data via the Internet. This can help with on the field diagnostics and troubleshooting as it allows us to see what going on in real time.

SD card flight analysis's is also another way we can make sure your system is running correctly. Just save the file of interest and e-mail it directly to us and we can evaluate it for you.

On sight support and systems integration is also available. You may have a particular need that requires our immediate attention and we can be there for you.
