APS is committed to offering the best possible support and service it can to its customers.
APS has made sure it can sell and more importantly support the Microdrone product within Australia as well. That's why you will be glad to know that APS has built its own service centre here in Australia. This allows customers can get their product serviced and upgraded within Australia faster, cheaper and more conveniently.
Depending on the nature of the job and the time of year we can usually repair a drone in 2-5 business days and have it sent directly back to you via a courier.
If the drone / equipment requires further support Microdrone head quarters in Germany is also available.
International customers are offered special service agreements to allow them to use our servicing facility within Australia.
